Four service lines.
One team.
Each line is grounded in real, delivered work — not a menu of capabilities we could build if asked. All four sit under one P&L and share the same operational source of truth.

Where every engagement begins.
The starting point for brands entering North America. Compliance navigation, import licensing, and the market context that determines whether a launch clears the border cleanly — or stalls before the first order is written.
- Regulatory and labelling alignment (CFIA, FDR, bilingual where required)
- Import licensing and clearance — via your own license, or through ours
- Category context — pricing, positioning, and margin-stack awareness
- One point of contact for the whole engagement, from landed cost to lived-in shelf

Two ways to reach the shelf.
Distribution runs two ways with IBG. In the standard engagement, we hold exclusive rights in the markets we operate and move product from landed inventory to the retail shelf on your behalf. For products we're prepared to back with our own capital, we go a step further — purchasing inventory outright from the brand and distributing as a wholesaler in our own right.
- Exclusive distribution rights in the markets we operate
- Direct-buy option for products we back — inventory purchased outright by IBG, distribution risk on us
- One relationship from landed cost to retail shelf — no additional layers, no consignment gray zones
- Every order, delivery, and inventory movement tracked live in the Client Portal
The infrastructure everything else runs on.
Warehousing placed in the markets each brand needs to reach, freight coordination through our network, pallet handling, and the operational plumbing that keeps inventory moving.
- Warehousing matched to project geography and volume — pallet-in, case-out
- Freight and import clearance — on your behalf, or via licenses we help you secure
- Pallet wrapping, boarding, and outbound prep
- Inventory truth reconciled monthly, visible to the brand in real time

Door-to-door retail acquisition.
In-person store acquisition, buyer pitching, order-taking, and account management with the store owner. The unglamorous work of turning a brand into shelf space, one door at a time.
- Cold and warm-lead prospecting across independent grocery and specialty
- In-store pitching, sampling, and order-taking
- Reorder follow-ups on a structured service cycle
- Owner-level relationships with the retailers we place into
One conversation.
The right entry point.
Not every engagement needs all four lines. Every engagement starts with a call to figure out which ones do.
